The Dream Pillow is a 6" square made to slip inside your regular pillow case and is filled with herbs that have been used by traditionalists for centuries to help bring slumber.  The pillow is filled with flax seeds, French Lavender buds, hops and rose petals.  I also sprinkle the herbs with a mixture of essential oils:  sweet orange, lavender, and cedarwood.  If returned to the recloseable plastic bag each morning, the pillow should remain potent for 3 to 6 months, depending on use. 

I find that the Dream Pillow allows my mind to relax and it slows down those swirling thoughts that tend to keep me awake.  As the scent of the herbs and essential oils work on the limbic (or primitive) part of the brain, this pillow will even help the person with an impaired sense of smell.
