How to use Credit Cards

Our site is protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of your identity when using your Mastercard or Visa credit cards.

Simply choose Mastercard or Visa during our Checkout Process, enter your name, credit card number, card expiry date and card verification value (3 digits on the back of your card) to complete the payment process.

How to use Credit Cards by Phone

You can call with your credit card details to make your payment. We will verify your credit card while you are on the phone and then complete the payment process.

How to use Credit Cards by FAX

If you choose Credit Cards by FAX during our Checkout Process we will create a FAX form that you can print. Please fill in the FAX form with your credit card details, sign and date and then FAX the form to us using the phone number at the top of the form. When we receive your FAX we will verify your credit card and then complete the payment process.

How to use Email Money Transfer

Here's how easy an Interac Email Money Transfer can work for you:

1. you sign-on to your bank's online banking site and select the link for "Interac Email Money Transfer"
2. enter our email address in the appropriate field
3. enter a Security Question that only you can answer
4. enter the Payment Amount to send us and select the account from which the funds should be withdrawn
5. the money is withdrawn from your account and an email notification is automatically sent to us
6. click on Contact Us to send a separate email with the answer to your Security Question so we can deposit your payment in our bank
7. for further information, click the following link Interac Email Money Transfer and then click on Sending Money on the menu.

After your payment is deposited in our bank we will begin processing your order for delivery.

How to use Cheques and Money Orders

You can mail us a cheque or money order for your payment. We will ship your requested products when your cheque or money order has cleared at our bank, cheques clear in about 2 weeks.

How to use Cash on Delivery/Pickup

You can pay for your order with cash for orders that are either delivered by us or picked up by yourself at our store.
