Shampoo Bars - Apple Cider Vinegar –  contains coconut, olive, castor and hemp oils.   A soap bar that lathers well and leaves hair clean and shiny.  I use this bar on my fine hair and experience no fly-away hair.  The Apple Cider Vinegar in the bar means that no separate rinse is required if you have short or medium length hair.  Essential oils of patchouli, rosemary and ylang ylang are excellent skin care oils, as well as contributing to hair growth, according to some folklore.
