The Sinus and Headache Pillow is another item that uses traditional herbal remedies.  The pillow is filled with flax seeds, French Lavender buds and peppermint leaves.  The herbal mixture is sprinkled with essential oils:  lavender, spearmint, eucalyptus and rosemary.  The 12" x 7" pillow is just the right size for placing on the back of the neck or the forehead.  Some customers may prefer to keep the pillow in the freezer if they find that their headaches are relieved by cold.  Others who need heat for relief of headaches or sinus congestion can place the pillow in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
