Tootsy Treat Foot Cream works wonders on dry, cracked heels and rough elbows too.  Great for hands after a hard day of gardening.  Made-from-scratch recipe includes coconut oil and shea nut butter plus a lovely combination of spearmint and peppermint essential oils, which sink right into the skin and leave a  slight cooling sensation.  Vitamin E also added.  This cream could also be used as a night-time repair for cuticles.  

Try this for helping cracked heels - slather cream on the skin, rub in and pull on a pair of thick white socks.  Do this just before bedtime and wear the socks to bed.  Your feet will feel smooth and soft the next morning.  If your heels are like mine another treatment will be necessary!
