I received the pound of soaps today. Speedy shipping as usual! I just wanted to say that I am so pleased with your customer service. There was some trouble with the email money transfer (accessing the security question) but it was no fault of your own, it was the bank. You were polite and apologetic, and I was pleasantly surprised to find you included an additional bar of soap for the delay. Good communication and customer service are so important in a business. This makes for loyal customers, at least for me it does! Thanks again!
